Terms & Conditions

    • All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.

    • Package is not valid during High Season, Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.

    • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.

    • Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

    • Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.

    • For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.

    • Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.

    • Room category in all packages is the Base Category.

    • Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability

    • Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.

    • All transfer & sightseeing by AC Vehicle (AC will not work during hilly drives)

    • All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.

    • All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.

    • Standard Check-in time 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs and Check-out time is 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.

    • All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (Identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.

    • Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.

    • Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/ reduction whatever applicable) to you.

    • Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.

    • It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.

    • AC Cruise As Per Availability – Makruzz / Green Ocean /Nautika/ Sealink

    • We may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, the same shall be conveyed to guest on a day to day basis.

    • In case of any unexpected bad weather condition, Natural Calamity or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island or any other island, These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Havelock / Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us.

    • Andaman and Nicobar group of islands are under restricted area please carry a valid photo ID issued by competent authorities, without which hotels may not entertain check-in.

    • Issues regarding child age to be settled by the guest directly to the Hotel.

    • Our Executive will hold the placard outside the Airport Exit gate, the guest is requested to Reconfirm the flight details with our local tour manager before boarding the flight.

    • In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats in Pvt. Ferry, bad weather or the sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative Govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.

    • All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change the schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial. we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.

    • All the hotels on Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have early check out 08:00hrs, guest having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.

    • In case ferry to Neil island does not operate due to the schedule change or non-availability of seats in Private or Government ferry guest will be brought back to Port Blair and alternative sightseeing will be provided.

    • All the Hotels in Port Blair and Havelock has extra mattress system they do not provide extra beds

    • Majority of the Hotels in Havelock / Neil do not have room service (all the foods are served on the main restaurant only), intercom and hot water facilities, although for children and elderly guest hot bucket water is available on request.

    • In Andaman Mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other Networks are supported

    • There will be no refund for any unused services

       

     

    Important COVID SOP for Tourist traveling to Andaman *****

     

    As per Andaman & Nicobar Administration`s order No. 3669 ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ADMINISTRATION , DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION Dated 26th October 2022

     

    In super-session to earlier orders and circulars issued from time to time by A&N Administration regarding COVID management in these islands following are the COVID-19 protocols to be followed for travelers in A&N Islands with immediate effect:

     

    • All asymptomatic children below 12 years of age are exempted from
 RTPCR test to travel to A&N Islands by sea/air route.

    • People above 12 years of age intending to travel from mainland who are not vaccinated /partially vaccinated against COVID-19 will have to undertake RTPCR test in mainland within 48 hours before commencing such journey to A&N Islands. They will also be -tested at Point of Entry.

    • All asymptomatic passengers undertaking journey to inter island sectors are exempted from any type of COVID-19 testing irrespective of their vaccination status.

    • All symptomatic passengers traveling from mainland or traveling to inter island sectors must undergo RTPCR testing within 48hours of commencement of journey irrespective of their age group and vaccination status.
