Where do I book:
You can book your tour at any of our offices in Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Kolhapur, Nagpur, New Delhi ,Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata and London or at any local Strawberi Holiday's Preferred Sales agents

Payment procedure:
Inorder to initiate the booking, we require a token advance as specified in our terms and conditions by cash/cheque/DD and balance payments to be cleared on confirmation.
All cheques / demand drafts should be in favour of “Strawberi holidays”- A d/o Kesari” and payable at our branch office/GSA/PSA/franchisee nearest to you.

Certain services such as cruise bookings, luxury hotels etc. may require full advance at the time of booking. For World holidays the Rate of Exchange of the day will be applicable during payment.
 
Confirmation of services:
We are not holding any reservations at this point of time. Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. Any alterations in the services mentioned in your estimate may attract an extra cost. Surcharge will be applicable during Convention Period, High season, Festivals or Fairs. Surcharge may be applicable.

Indian holidays:
Personal identification proof is required at certain destinations. Vehicle provided is as per itinerary and not at disposal. The driver is not a guide.

World holidays:
You would require a passport with minimum 6 months validity  (9 months for Malaysia)from the date of actual travel which must have sufficient blank pages for the required visas. Kindly bring the passports of all members traveling at the time of booking.

Visa:
The processing time for VISA varies according to the number of countries you wish to visit. It is totally at the discretion of the concerned Consulates/Authorities to grant or reject your visas. It will be your responsibility to apply for the visa with a complete set of documents required by the Embassy / Consulate sufficiently well in advance. Visa fees are not included in any of our tour costs. Urgent VISA will attract extra charges. Even if Visas are rejected, you will be liable to pay the Visa fees and service charges of the company.
